We've been with ***** Collins for 15 years. She WILL NOT return a phone call to you. She was great in the beginning, but I don't know what's happened. I sent my personal and business tax returns to her before Jan. 18th last year, (2023) because we were leaving for vacation. With many calls to her office of concern, because we hadn't heard anything, and it was coming down to the wire. The last thing I want is an issue with the **** I was accused by her secretary that I didn't get them in on time. Not true at all. I have the email to prove when I sent them to her. ***** finished them at the 11th hour on April 17th 2023 This year we received a tax bill owing more. I brought this to her attention, of course through email, because she won't talk on the phone, asking what happened. She said she would look into it. She asked me to send her all the receipts, which I did. Showing every payment was made in full and on time. I received a bill in the mail with penalties and interest almost 8 months later. I assumed she had taken care of it, like she said she would do. I also have that email. I called and left a message asking her to call me or my husband. She never did. Crickets. I don't understand how a CPA business can do that to their customer after so many years of loyalty. I went ahead and paid the bill to the **** We found a new CPA to fix the mess she created for us. She sent out a new form this year (2024) for us to sign as I assume she did for everyone. She is raising her prices, which is fine, but wants you to sign it without knowing what her prices will be. Why would anyone sign something like that. I have a huge trust issue with her now. Don't waste your time with them. They will cause you more headaches than what you need.
