I am a 100% disabled Veteran Iam vision impaired Because of this Jackson National life insurance was to pay my premiums as I paid for disability insurance on my policy. We had two ***** Policies one for me and one for my wife. My wife has passed away and now after more than 40 years of having this policy they refuse to pay the death Payout for my wife saying I Needed to sign something they sent in an email which I cant read I think this is wrong improper and bad businessInitial Complaint

The Issue involves a Life insurance policy, which Jackson told me was a simple estate claim which was filed at the local courthouse only to be told that the wrong forms were filed. I am being told that I have to pay out more money and file a different claim. I just want to bury my loved one and move on.Initial Complaint

This company has been Withholding a policy claim for years. My sister and I have contacted them by phone explaining. And even though the letter they keep sending me, which I have said not and to send them to my sister because we have already attempted to to do it the company way and their letter says they will turn over funds to unclaimed property within 30 days of no response, they still are holding the funds and will not release funds to unclaimed property. I have received so many letter like the one attached and I keep telling this company to send them to my sister. I believe they are purposely holding on to the funds. My father passed away years ago!!
