*** ****** in internet sales made a verbal deal with me to purchase a very specific car. Later in the day he sold it to someone else. His word means absolutely zero and the Shaheen dealerships let's him get away with it. BUYER BEWARE OF SHAHEEN MOTOR COMPANIES in ****************.

i do know we have guest commit to us every day and never complete the transaction. It is difficult to hold vehicles when you're dealing with out of state guest and a 1971 vehicle that someone hasn't physically seen or drove. We had 7 different leads on this vehicle, and we have a couple guest not happy it sold. Our people should never say we are holding a vehicle until it is paid for, and we definitely have some training we need to do. I do apologize this went down the way it did! This should've never happened!

On June 12, 2023, I talked to , the Service of Shaheen Chevrolet Address: ****************************************************** . I explained in detail that my car "Chevrolet Corvette 2007 3sl c6 convertible has electrical problems that were due to a flood and it was very corroded. He told me "bring it and we will estimate the damage and if I agreed, they would fix my car." That same day, I hired ********************* and left the car at Shaheen Services. Two weeks later, I went to see if they had an estimate of the damage and Service Advisor ***************************** didn't have anything in writing but told me it could be a Body Control Module which the cost of the repair would be $2500 and which was agreed. With this, I want to make it clear that the car was outdoors and no one looked at it for days when rainwater entered since the windows couldn't even be raised due to electrical problems.I was asked on June 30, 2023 by mail for a series of parts by mail Service told me that the replacement of the car's harness and the complete delivery of the car would be ***** dollars since it was more complicated and the mechanic had much more work and I agreed to the expenses as long as they delivered without problems. All the ordered parts were purchased and 2 months later on August 30, 2023, the harness that I purchased previously that they ordered me to buy, ended up not being the right one since they gave me the incorrect name of the harness. This led me to spend even more money due to their disorganization of information that they gave me & lack of professionalism. Each harness cost around ******************************** to purchase. They also asked for more parts . where I expressed my discontent that they do not value my property and that they were wasting my money and my time.the car in very bad condition 35 hours of work. They called today September 20, 2023 and said that the cost is now $15,000 dollars where they threaten me saying that they are going to take the car away without fixing it.

On June 12th, 2023 *************************** towed his 2007 corvette to have a key fob programmed and replace the A/C Delco battery (R.O. #******) due to not starting. June 15th the battery was replaced and vehicle was observed to not start nor respond. Guest approved diagnosis at this time. End of June the body control module was found with complete corrosion and the guest wanted to source his own. Multiple weeks had passed until the guest revisited and mentioned he thought we would come pick up the parts from him... After this he delivered the sourced parts to us and they were found to be the incorrect parts for his ****************** Approx. July 15th with further diagnosis the vehicle shows a large amount of corrosion throughout the engine bay electrical components. It is discovered that this vehicle was a salt water flood vehicle from ******* and the entire body harness requires replacement. We were NOT told this vehicle was a salt water flood vehicle! (Carfax report 10/22/2022) ( Salvage title issued 10/22/2022 title #********** ******* **) Guest requested to source his own harness and returned with a harness for a coupe not a convertible. This was discovered part way through the installation process. During this installation the tech had removed the dash to gain access and found large amounts of corrosion above the foot well indicating the vehicle has been completely submerged by salt water. The correct body harness was delivered in early August and repair to this vehicle were stopped after harness installation due to the remaining amount of needed repairs only appropriate at a collision center. Guest was advised that to continue an approval of approximately $15000 would be needed for the likelihood that the engine may not operate and the transmission likely full of salt water. It is unfortunate that we have almost 14 hours of work into this corvette and maybe some of this could've been avoided with better transparency. If documents are needed please let me know and i will send those to you.
