    After moving out, my security deposit has been delayed for two months. Ive reached out multiple times, and each time they say theyll get back to me but never do. Every visit to their office costs me over half an hour on the roada very frustrating experience.Sep 17 update: Call them again. The manager insisted on the phone that I had transferred my apartment and signed a lease waiving my security deposit, which I never did. So this manager said she would send me the signed lease she mentioned by the end of today, now it's after work, and I haven't received any single response. I am gonna say this is the worst renting experience ever. If that doesn't work, will try small claim court until I get it.

    The Property management company is run by a little office with handymen rather than professionals. I have had to call the office multiple times to get anything going and half the time I'm being ignored by the only person who answers the phone there which is ***************************. Any attempt to speak to a manager or supervisor is deflected with numbers that are off and go directly to voicemail or the voicemail is so full I am unable to get any type of resolution. I have just tried to reach 4 different higher-*** and I was given the runaround I asked for a letter in writing that the other 2 issues in my apt I requested to have someone fix them and I am unable to get any resolution for that. Recently had my screen stolen and ** told to put in a work order which they never heed. I am seriously concerned for the state of which this building is on since little to nothing is done by the company.

    Apartment room deposit was not returned because DTN Management said 2 of the 4 room keys were not returned. Also, they have no records of which keys were returned and when. All four room keys were returned before end of lease (except for 1 mail key) but DTN Management charged $65 for 2 missing keys. ($50 for a room key and $15 for a mail key)2 of the Keys (1 room key and 1 mail ***) were returned in December 2021 via mail when 1 roommate left.1 room key were returned in person on 07/21/2022 and the mail key by certified mail on 07/25/2022 When I called DTN Corporate ************ on 10/13/2022 and spoke with ****** she said that there is no way of knowing that the keys were in the mail and did not have records of which keys were received and when.https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=9505513751322206918831%2C&tABt=true Leased apartment from 08/01/2021 - 07/22/2022 at ***************************** *********************************************************************** They charged $50 for 1 missing room key and $15 for late mail key. They owe $50 because both room keys were returned on time. Only 1 mail key was returned late.
