    Gutter install March 16 2021 $1,764 Gutter upgrade and install Aug 24 2021 $2,735 The gutters installed are pitched in the wrong direction (Not towards downspouts) Gutters are filling with water and leaking on my deck,.driveway and into my basement. One gutter even sags in the middle.TCHI has repeatedly promised to come fix the issue and they never show up. I have spoken to them on the phone many, many times and have spoken with them at their office as well.They promise to come and resolve the issue and they never show up.

    February 22, 2022 we contracted with this company to reroof our house. On March 8, 2022 they completed the job to our satisfaction. They then told us our warranty package would arrive in the mail in a couple days. After several weeks we called them and told them that we had not received it. They acted surprised and said that they would look into it and mail it to us when they found out what happened. It is now the middle of July and they will not answer the phone when we call. All we want is the warranty on our new roof.
