I purchased a 2012 Malibu LT with almost ******* miles on it from *** Auto Sales on November 15, 2023 in the amount of $6,995 plus the finance charge. When I took it for a test drive I came back in *** and told **** that there was some clunking noises with the suspension and it was more loud in the back of the vehicle, I also thought the check engine light was on but that was a low tire sensor. The tire monitor system and service air bag sensors read across the dash board and I mentioned that to **** and he told me that they do not fix those problems. **** had me sign a promissory note and put on it "clunking noises in the back, and check engine light." He never mentioned anything else about the rest of the clunking noises. On November 16, 2023 I brought the car into the *** service center, they replaced the broken mounts and shocks in the back of the vehicle. Apparently they never checked to see where the other clunking noises were coming from. I called the next day and advised them that the vehicle was looked at and the rotors are bad and the brakes, also a bad wheel bearing, and there are still clunking noises. The service department told me they could not get my car in until November 16, 2023. So I dropped my car off and was told by the service department that it needed all of that plus it also needed toe rods. I was also told that I am responsible to pay for these repairs even after I told **** the very first day before I signed any paperwork about the problems that I heard and he didn't put everything in the promissory note. On November 17, 2023 I spoke with **** and the service department and all they wanted to do was argue with me, now they are saying that they will repair the car but I have to pay 50,% of the cost of the repairs and I have to pay $300 when picking up the vehicle, after I agreed I would only pay 25% of the repairs and it had to be put on the tail end of my contract because I did not have the money right now, it should have been in promissory.

My son turned 18 and wanted to search for a car to buy. Somehow he ended up at RPM after Im sure he was sweet talked with him being young. Anywho, he walked away against my better judgement with and equinox. Leaving the parking lot and attending the prom the next day, I get a frantic call from my son. He and his prom date were at a stop light on *************** in ******* when the transmission went completely out. Needless to say the light turned green and 2 cars slammed into the back of him. There were multiple injuries of which my son and other passengers were sent to the hospital. RPM did not care that their faulty vehicle caused a pile up. They fixed the problem which was a whole lie. We had the opportunity to speak with a former mechanical employee who told us that RPM asks the mechanics to rig the cars so that the purchaser has to come back and have it fixed at their discounted price. He was told that it keeps the money coming in. So being that situation and the nerve of RPM to try and come after my son for the cost of the vehicle, we are moving forward and hopefully with others to file a class action lawsuit against them. We are also separately seeking punitive damages for the injuries sustained due to their negligence. I am looking forward to seeing these criminals in court, in front of a judge. Do not buy from RPM. I am hoping to see them lose their license and the business as a whole before someone gets killed because of the kind of vehicles they sell. Someone has to hold these people liable. And Im fighting to do just that!

They sold me an all wheel drive vehicle. They had removed the drive shaft and sold it as a Front Wheel Drive vehicle. I had a licensed mechanic do a diagnostic test on it he found 4000.00$ worth of repair work. I have not owned the vehicle for a year. The mechanic said there was no way we could have removed the drive shaft there was rust suggesting the drive shaft was removed a long time ago. The mechanic said they sold me a drivable vehicle but it was not safe. This winter I almost lost control on the highway several times. He also said that he has known other low income people get taken advantage of by them. He said they sold you a lemon. Please help me or can you tell me where to go for help? Thank you for taking the time to listen to me.

On 10/31/2022 I signed a contract with RPM auto sales to finance a **** GMC ******* Before signing the contract, on the test run the battery was dead, the radiator had gone bad, and they did an overlook and found leaking Transmission lines. they replaced the battery, radiator and *********** lines. About 2 months after the 30-day warranty the transmission had to be replaced. I brought it back to my dealer to be repaired on 1/26/2023, in the documents attached, receipt shows repairs will be performed properly and correct. After the repair on 1/26/2023, on 2/28/2023 the *********** had a leak, went back to the dealer and they "fixed" the *********** lines again. On 3/3/2023 There was still a transmission leak, I took the vehicle to my local auto shop ( ******- auto ) where they diagnosed another leak at the radiator and ***********, *********** lines are rubbing on each other, on mount and tensioner due to lines being incorrectly installed. further inspection showed *********** cooler was also bypassed with rubber hose. On 4/11/2023 I took the vehicle back to ****** auto to address another *********** leak and rear shock mounts. After inspection the vehicle was declared not safe on the roads due to the frame being rotted to the point it's about to break. Receipts are in the documents attached with pictures of frame and transmission lines.

Purchased the vehicle on February 26, 2022 from RPM Auto sales. We asked them to check the check engine light. We think they just cleared the codes and did nothing about it. We signed several papers and they would not give us all the forms that we requested to be given. We had a severe clunking noise in the motor. We took it to *************************** on May 16, 2022 and they checked the engine codes and fixed the car. No more codes came up. We brought the car home and it wasn't more than a day and the noise came back. We got a hold of ***** again and thats when they told us we need a new engine for the car. We went back up to RPM Auto Sales to discuss the issue and they said they couldn't help us with the problem. Only stating that we had purchased a warranty. So now, we are stuck with the problem and were paying for a car that the motor could go any time. We had intended to purchase a vehicle that would be dependable for at least 50 miles each week.
