    I reserved a simulation lounge for two hours for my birthday. *** (owner/manager) told me they would have a sign visible for my guest, we would have a bartender and be able to order food. On the day of the event no signage posted, the lounge was dirty from the last event, the lounge is cold. My husband and I arrived at 6:35pm, had to go into another event to ask the bartender to get a manager. *** finally showed up trying to justify bring extremely busy and forgot to set up the room. After 30 minutes someone bring in a case of water then leave, after 45 minutes still no heat, no bartender then a lady comes in to check on us to see if we needed anything. I expressed our concerns to a lady who was very nice and only been on the job two days was more professional than ***. He comes in and I told him I was not please with the anything for the two hundred and forty dollars I spent. He accused me of being late, broke, insulted my guest, told us to leave. Lied like he had pizza for us to purchase but we had no staff assisting us the 55 minutes we were there. I told him I wanted half my money back but he continued to speak rude to me, my husband and guest. All he had to do was admit he forgot about my reservation, make the accommodations I paid for instead of being a total jerk because his failure and refund me half of my money. No he want to say we were late.

    I have nothing good to say about this facilities office staff unprofessional I sorry I choose Burton Manor, I put a deposit down in April of 2021 with a office staff she no longer works for this facilities. August of *************************************************************************************************** the banquet room I pay for in full would not be available for my event in July 2022. Now my date had to be change do to their negligent. I tried reaching out to the office manager/supervisor, tried calling the owner. No one from this facilities have tried to accommodate me in no kind of way, I made the suggested to have ***************** refund some of the deposit I have been trying to get this matter resolved since early March it's late June something needs to be done.
