Demand is made that you ship Order #******* TODAY, without further delay. Should there be any issues doing so, please contact me today at ************. The prescription I need IMMEDIATELY is the Dexcom G6 Sensors.Sensors were last sent on April 11, 2022 in Order number ******* and this was a 90-day supply. It is now July 8, eighty-eight (88) days later. I called your corporate office and was told a date which cannot be true if they were last sent on April 11 and are 90-day supplies. It appears that these can and should be shipped IMMEDIATELY, and demand is made that this be done IMMEDIATELY.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Business response

I have not used their services since July, 2021 and every month I receive a past due **** for services. I have made multiple attempts to reach the billing department with no success. I have reached out to customer service in attempts to rectify this issue and am told customer service can't help that it has to be billing department. Any help that I can get to help me at least get ahold of the billing department to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated.Business response

My insurance assigned me to Solara to receive my ******* G6 supplies. I placed an initial order in October 2021. I was told the charges would be ****** per month and the first fee would be ****** (which I paid). The first shipment arrived, it was a sensor and 3 boxes of sensors. In November I switched employers, changed insurance and ended my contract with Solara. I was billed again in Dec for ******- this was explained to me that it was the balance from the initial 90 supply ( I had paid Oct/Nov fees of ****** together in the initial payment of ******) and this last part of the **** was the final charge. I paid the outstanding **** of ****** in Feb of 2022 and was told by **** the account was paid in full and would be closed. I received another **** in March 2022 with a balance of ******, again I was told this was the balance of the invoice from Dec. I explained that payment had been made in Feb 2022 - which they acknowledged was received but are saying I owe an additional ****** for supplies in Dec. I have explained to them I have paid the charges for the initial 90 day supply in full (a total of $487.49). I do not owe them any additional payment.Business response

I have been getting my supplies from them. As per my insurance, I have $0 co-pay. Every time when it is the time for my supplies. I do not get them. When I call them they want to charge me some fake co-pays and hold on to my supplies. I tell them to look into the notes and after they look at them they send me the supplies. In the meantime they also keep sending me the fake bills. Today 1/5/2022, when I called about the same thing they would not listen to what I am saying instead wanted me to pay about $80-90 which I do not owe them. When I told them i do not owe them as my insurance has paid it all. The hung up on me. I have the phone recorded. This company needs to be stopped from doing business.
