    This towing company IS NOT punctual at all. And the receptionist are VERY rude. I was given an ETA of 2 hours. After 2 hours and 30 mins I called back and was told it'll be another 35/45 minutes. 50 minutes go by I call again to inform them that the tow truck has not came yet. Was told it'll be another 30 mins. Another 50 minutes go by and I call back to inform them that the tow truck still has not came. I'm placed on hold and thr receptionist never comes back. I call back several times just to be sent to voicemail everything, and still no tow truck 4 hours and 46 minutes from my initial call.
