On numerous occasions I go to use my debit card and it says declined, how embarrassing or sometimes extremely chaotic and anxiety ridden. Well it seems again I go to withdraw cash at the atm and nope said the bank, now if I was overdrawn or I was going to become that way i would have no concerns or issues with it, however I had not been overdrawn, I personally had my card locked for protection I guess but I get a deposit over the weekend ok except now Im in a grocery store card is locked by bank.. and I have no way to get any money and Im seeing over $300 on the screen. I apologize and walk away angry confused and truly upset. After Ive had this happen so many times now I did inquire some theres one person in ***************** whos decided they need to tell me what I need to do and how to spend my money and if they dont like it they lock me. Ive addressed this numerous times that the branch manager ***** is not only doing unethical business practices but invading person space thats starting to creep me out. So Id like to be sure it doesnt happen again and the only way I can see is to publicly tell people whats happening! I dont know her or have a personal tie, thats the most bothersome thing
