    10/10 find another dock.. don’t let the free day parking fool you. The lovely staff (dale S) will direct you after waiting in line for 45 min to another line just to have everyone else board 3 boats while the whole lot of us waited our waiting time plus the 100+ people who were then let in front of us on ramp 2. I specifically told this said employee when he asked us to come that way if he removed us out of line and everyone else got to boarding first I would not be happy… well me and everyone else at ramp 1 was not happy. The staff were unable to explain why we had been moved, and why we watched 3 boats board and leave why we stood. Then a female employee came over raising her voice and pointing and shouting at a girl who wasn’t even involved in the questioning of dale and why we were all still waiting. Very unprofessional. I hope everyone on that ferry complains and disputes their charge. The overcharge for a 15 min boat ride in its self is insane and even to deal with incompetent and unprofessional staff is not okay. The captains and first mates were awesome ???? the others do better.
