    After purchasing a Viking double oven that couldnt be fixed Noble sales rep convinced me to substitute for a Fulgor and Milano. They assured me it was even better than Viking. I purchased in 2022. It has never worked and is still broken. Yesterday the service company they sent out last November were instructed by warranty company to reinstall the faulty part which they brought to my home last November and refused. Now Noble says that a new part was found. I asked that this double oven be replaced with Viking as I originally bought. April, a rep from the Noble organization spoke to management and declined my request. Next time there will be no warranty or parts for this oven and I will be left with no alternative but to replace this expensive appliance. I do not recommend this company.

    We ordered a washer and dryer and was told it would be delivered in 10 days. I called 3 times and went to the store twice and just kept getting a run around. After a month, I cancelled the order and I am still trying to get the refund on my credit card. Stay clear from the Hartland, Mi store. I worked with a salesperson named *****.

    Purchased a new refrigerator that had scratch on the side. Waited a month for it to be delivered, after being told it would be a week and half. Several phone calls later, it final was delivered. Did not accept it. It had dents and rust and dirt down the sides of it. It was not a new frig. Called them and they agreed it was not the refrigerator we paid for. They just sent a different one. They would refund us all our money. Three weeks later we are still waiting for our charge card credit. Called them and was told they forgot to do the refund. Three days later, still not refund. Terrible customer service. Just a bunch of excuses. I will be filling a dispute with my charge card company.

    My salesman was ***** and he was great. But my overall experience trying to get a new ******* microwave was terrible. I asked for a new microwave not beat up and scratch up. I never got it. Then I spoke with the manager **** and he NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM! Then *** been calling to speak to him and everyone keeps telling me hes either in a meeting or not there then my microwave was refunded on August 30 without me being aware I just found out today September 7 when I called and spoke to *******. Im a very upset customer and wish I could get my money back for everything I brought!??im NEVER SHOPPING THERE EVER??

    I recently bought the most beautiful stove from these guys! And it was a fantastic deal at a fraction of the price! ************************************************* were both so helpful and made this entire thing a breeze .I would highly recommend them.Don't go waste your money on overpriced appliances at other store.Thanks again for the great service.
