Few months back I had my 22 *** ******** broken into at home luckily they didn't drive off. Had my car taken to Golling *** for repairs. Everything was going fine, parts were ordered we had a time frame when it was going to be finished and then the day it was supposed to be done I call and follow up to make sure because at the time I was using a family members car and with my work schedule I do need to make arrangements prior to picking up my car. Call right afternoon to check and I get told that my car and others are the dealer were broken into and stolen. Why was this not something I was contacted about ASAP! This becomes a trend of the customer having to find out info constantly. Went to the dealership got the police report and back to the waiting game. There's no reason that a high profile car that hasn't been given proper security repairs to leave it sitting out in the lot? Common sense anyone? Couple weeks pass and the cops find the car. Had it taken back to the same dealer since parts are supposed to be there. Got the car back at the dealer and Everytime I was told what day the car would be finished I would never get a call for an update about anything it's frustrating that there's zero communication at all. I decided to go into *** and talk to the ** (*****) about them working something out with me because it's on them in my view that my trade in value for my car is now 30% to 40% lower meaning I can't get c*** for it. I get there and they tell me it's on us and we wanna make it right? Okay I'm game!! Every single time my uncle and I came in from a test drive or he came back to talk to us the monthly pice would go up 100 bucks. Long story short we went from around 400 a month to lease a **** forte lol to 600s. They didn't take care of anything for me nor helped with the fact my car is now worthless due to their failure to keep a broken in car with no repairs outside! Love being lied to and having my time wasted. Car got done still glass and dirty.
