    Gutter Hood system purchased on 08/22/2022.The Gutter Hood system is not working correctly and a downspout is clogged. This is resulting in damage to the home and adjacent landscaping.The owner of the company was contacted initially on 06/14/2023 and requested to repair and/or modify the system as needed. As of 09/05/2023 he has not resolved or responded to this request nor has he made any commitment to doing so after repeated communications to him.
