2/9/24 was the first text to meet regarding the project. That conversation included customers needs for 2 total bathroom renovations. This included tile removal, flooring, new vanity, new lights, mirrors, faucets, new shower walls and shower panel. Including a stackable washing machine and dryer installation that involved plumbing, electrical and venting. 3/5/24 was the first transaction. Keren construction started 3/5/24 and quit the job on 4/11/24 before contractor cleaning of materials, unfinished door jam repairs and repaint, installation of washing machine/dryer, installation of venting for dryer, request for adjustments of shower panel (too high), drywall repair and cleanup and final walkthrough. Vendor was charging us extra for things that should have been included in the proposal. ****** chose to do what he thought was best after constant reminders to finish the task in order to fulfill the request for a FULL BATHROOM RENOVATION. Vendor showed up sometimes with a two person crew or by himself, after 10am on a daily basis and sometimes after 12pm to conduct a few hours of work. Vendor needs to return and finish the job we paid for. Vendor will not answer calls or text. Vendors last text said he can no longer work with us because he has his own personal things to take care of. We have been left with a mess and unfinished work that we have to pay for. I also dumped over 1000lb of everything the vendor had to demo. That's *** and dumping fees. I had to go back and forth to Lowes for materials That's *** and a show of inconsideration on his part. We did way more for this vendor than any PAYING CUSTOMER should have to do. This is beyond unfair and needed to be reported.
