    Dropped my car off for tint job, picked it back up in 6 hours the front of the car was completely damaged. The grill was cracked & as though it can been taken out . I just bought the car & was aware of all the pre flaws that's wasn't one also it was scratch back on the trunk like someone had stepped on it & the whole hood was damaged. I have pre pictures before dropping it off after I only had the car for less than 24hrs before I took it to tint. The receptionist ***** wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner , also I called the police & made a report. I feel like the grill should be replaced & the dents in the top of the car should be repaired also .

    On January 12th @ 10:30am we had an appointment for window tinting for ***************************** for a 2016 ************. After we completed the service the customer accused us of damaging her vehicle. ********* dropped the car off and left immediately after handing the keys to one of our installers. 

    ********* mentioned she picked the car up less than 24 hrs before this appointment. This vehicle had multiple damages upon arrival, none of which had to do with a window tint job. The entire roof was dented in several spots, scratches all around, along with several other blemishes and imperfections. Upon retaking possession of the vehicle, ******* returned and had the opportunity to speak with the owner, the installer, the receptionist all at the same time. There was no means of having a reasonable conversation with her regarding the matter and from there she decided to notify the police. The police officer spoke with the owner of the shop and shortly after left the property. Shortly after she called and asked to speak with **** but he was in the middle of a large installation so ***** said that he would take a message and have **** return the call. She was displeased with this offering and decided to hang up the phone after saying that we will just settle this in court. We have had no further communications with her after that fact. As an upstanding local business, this is an unfortunate situation as we take a high level of pride and care into each job.
