      Would give them 0 stars if I could. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Everything being said here is true. The online site is totally deceptive in the way things are presented and then they refuse to honor what you know you were offered. Then when you say fine, I want to return everything, they say they can only give you a store credit!!! Do not order from this company!!! Horrible customer service also, just want to argue with instead of trying to make the situation right. I ended up just disputing it with my credit card company.

      Very disappointed in this company. I ordered the heated insoles - the day after I received them I charged them but the charge only lasted about 15 minutes, plus looks like something is wrong with charging area. I called to talk with someone about this and was on hold for over an hour so gave my number to call me back - 3 days later and no one has called back. They say they will not accept the return of these because the package was opened. I opened it to charge it but it was never in my shoes, just wanted to check charging. There is no way I would know these were defective if I didnt open the box.

      I tried to buy an item from the Shaper Image. The website advertised 20% Off SITEWIDE + free shipping. When I checked out, I was not able to get the promotional discount because a rep from the company (on the phone) said certain items did not qualify for the discount, even though nothing in the promotion headline indicated that certain items were excluded. In addition, the free shipping offer was only to be applied on my NEXT purchase, not the current one. Again, very deceptive. Really not free shipping unless you made a subsequent purchase. This should be considered false advertising and reported to authorities. DONT BUY. FROM SHARPER IMAGE

When you click on the banner offer "20% off and free shipping with rebate" we do advise some exclusions may apply. Please know we are offering Free shipping with rebate. At this time with our Free shipping with rebate offer you are charged a shipping fee. This is added to your order total and should be included in the calculations when calculating your order total! After the order is placed it is refunded as a cash back rebate. I have reviewed your order and I show 20% off and free ground shipping was applied with no rebate for you as well. Please know it is not our intention to make anyone feel the way you do now when placing an order with us and your feedback has been sent to management regarding the banner offer.

      Will never support this company. We tried to resell an RC car online for my som to get his money back, and the company reported us as fraud and claimed it was a counterfeit! It was their own product bought directly from them. If they report their own goods as fake, there is clearly a red flag!

      I have just two words: THESE ****. I got a pair of earbuds and one was completely phony and the other broke within days. The foam earpieces came off within a day and you DO deserve these terrible reviews. one of the earbuds completely stopped working and when i got it fixed the volume was c*** there was very little volume. Hope you go to prison for false advertising, you deserve it
