    client of *** for some 10+ years - leased 2 printer/fax/scanners from the including service and toner - service has been good but.....I find my lease actually expired 2 years ago and I'm on a quarterly renewal. Never heard from the company regarding the lease end. I'm ***lacing the machine now but cannot get a phone call or email returned from them regarding the turn in or lease end requirements. Lessor tells me there is a buyout to return quote they run containing that information but they are required to send that to MOS and they will call me. I've been trying to contact them for the past month now but they don't care or respond! The only contact I have from them was from the general email box cc'ing me on an email to *** to respond immediately to my inquiries but that too has gone unanswered!
