    Purchase date 7/2 paid $544.05 (reduced price due to full payment in advance) I contacted the business several weeks ago Nature of dispute failure to perform - rough, tall, grass like vegetation impervious to regular weed killer (suspect Crab Grass) NO ANALYSIS EVER PRIOR TO THE FIRST VISIT OR AT ALL or a sample taken by the operative. I called a major manufacturer of lawn care products and was told crab grass control could only be effective in ******** between April 1st and May 1st with soil temp 60 degrees plus (2 turf Tender representatives had different views when I called them), Forbes 2024 core aeration costs (web), displayed far lower cost ranges for core aeration (I paid $344.80 and this would adversely affect a potential refund). Turf Tenders said no analysis would be performed now due to the cancellation. As of today (10/3) I have not been contacted by Turf Tenders (not required) and my credit card has not posted any refund. n

    I was contacted by this company Turf Tenders via phone voice-mail on 3-31-22 saying they were coming out on 4-1-2022 to fertilize my lawn. I called back left voice-mail next day to tell them not to come because the weather was too cold and light snow was predicted. I told them it was too soon for service. The next day they sent guy who sprayed my lawn against my request not to they left me a voice-mail about a contract . There is NO annual contract and I only paid them for as need basis when they come out and leave a **** on each separate visit! they tried these same tactics last year about a carry over contract from year before.. I left 2 messages with the company this evening 4-1-22 to ceased and desist the lawn service immediately. I stressed that my husband or son can do our lawn and we have no money to continue service. There is NO contract period@The owner seemed relentless on trying to intimate me in continuing service with them despite my telling them to stop the service. I have read reviews on this company and this seemed to be their tactics used to hover a contract over customers in order to force their service into the next year. I used them for 2 yrs and only Pay for service rendered not contractual. I stress this company ignores our request to not even come out for lawn service...period at no.time. we no longer want service from Turf Tenders...period. A **** was left today 4-1-22 even after I told them not to spray my lawn We are filing to have this company stop service. Stop ignoring our calls to stop service. We are not satisfied with their nefarious tactics and greed. Greed to spray a lawn still in the dead of winter and the threat of snow and 31 degrees temp. There is no carry over year to year contract with this company. We have or had no binding agreement for lawn spray fertilizing...and grubs!********* ********
