This company is horrible. I had them come and spray foam my house on November 10 2023. They did a horrible job and left 3 big bags of trash behind for me to take care of. I called the owner and he said they would come back and fix it. As of today Dec 19 2023 they have not showed up. Owner kept telling me next week. Then the next week and so on. I had to hire another company to come fix it.

Northern Michigan Spray Foam is terrible. Hired them to spray roof deck with we 3inches of foam and sidewalls with 2 inches of foam. The roof deck only got 1 1/2 inches and in several places none at all. His crew had left and when he showed up to collect for the job I pointed out the imperfections he said next time he was in the area he'd take care of it, that was the last I saw him that was the fall of 2021. Steer clear of this company .

Very poor customer service, very poor communication. They have no problem inconveniencing a customer, followed up with lack of communication.I had a job that was supposed to take a day, maybe a day & 1/2. I had to clear out my entire workshop in advance to accommodate them. They completed one day of work, to return the next to finish. Next day, no one. Next week, no one, & no one answering my calls (again, my entire workshop was packed up & moved out). When I was finally able to contact someone, I was advised my location wasnt convenient for them, I would have to wait until they were back in my area.Weeks later I get a text advising they were going to be in my area. Followed by nothing, no one came. After several calls, I was advised they had been in the area, but because I didnt respond to their text, they decided not to show. They knew of my situation (entire shop vacated, my desperate need to get this done), every conversation I had (when I got someone to respond) was just come, anytime, just finish). Evidently the owner didnt like being told it was bad business to completely inconvenience your customers. Even after offering to pay more to just finish the job didnt work.So now, a year later, my shop is still packed up, the guy wont answer my calls.Very, very poor businessman.
