    This is one business that should close down, now I don't even know their water can be trusted. They are not even proactive when it comes to informing customers, they are not getting their delivery etc. I have to follow up. So that tells you about customer **********************. Then delivery man doesn't want to do any work, and he just drives by from outside without ringing doorbell and then making lies and excuses that they were there. If you were everywhere how come all these people have same issues? and only one day of the week delivery is being offered when I live literally 5 mins away its not out of their way to not able to make a trip and deliver if they missed or I didn't hear the doorbell according to their lies. This is beyond unacceptable and frustrating, they did this trick couple years ago, but I should have read their reviews. Please shut down this place.

    No one is on the same page every time you call is something different the bill changes the rules change I was told that there was credit one delivery was made then told other wise then told I didnt pay my bill when I did crew was never applied then once corrected I was told I had to wait a week for water its been this way for a while

    No one on the same page. Delivery schedule is unreliable and good luck getting anyone to answer a phone. I literally have never had a delivery guy knock on the door to collect empties. I wanted delivery every other month. Some months there are 8 bottles left in driveway every month and some months are skipped so you are forced to go through reaching someone. If the schedule was reliable you could leave empties outside but it never is. We should rcv a text notification the day prior. If they can't get it together all of their products will be in the driveway

    Ive been trying to call Absopure about a delivery for the past 2 weeks. Nobody answers the phone ever only after so much time they hang up. I dont understand what kind of business theyre running but I need a callback about my delivery

    Terrible customer **********************. In ********* (**************). Former customer of ********************** home delivery. Save yourself a headache and find another company to do business with. Customer ********************** at ********************** has been terrible, especially dealing with ****. They refuse to pick up their empty water bottles, no care about recycling or their customers. Poor value, poor customer ********************** and unwilling to do their job.

Unfortunately, the bottles are not usable after that time frame, and in this case, you have not been a customer for over two years.     This is the worst customer ********************** Ive experienced in a long time. I sent an order through ****** to rent a machine and three jugs of spring water. I received no call. After two weeks I called (9/20/23) myself to see where the order was at, people get behind I get it. The woman on the phone tried to make me feel like the lack of communication was my fault and the ****** order on 9/7/23 didnt really count. She sets up a delivery for the following Friday. No one shows. I set aside my entire day to be available for this delivery. Not a call, nothing. I call Monday and they promise it will be out the following Friday, today (9/29/23). The delivery driver was so nice and I had hope that the prior situations werent going to be my entire experience. I tell him to leave the cooler in the kitchen and I will set it up. I plug it in and notice that all the switches are already set to on. I open the first jug of water and go to put it in the cooler and I notice hard water stains all over it. There was dirt and grime in the cooler compartment. The water tray was covered in crud and the door to the water compartment was sticky and covered in crud as well. By this time the machine had been filling for about 30 seconds. I call and complain and no one seems to be surprised by situation. She offers to replace the machine so I go to drain the little bit of water that was in it and in the glass is literal debris. Im so disgusted at this point I call to cancel the entire thing. Im waiting on a call back still for them to schedule a pick up and something tells me this wont go smooth either. I wish I could post the pictures I took. Its like they picked up the cooler from one customer and brought it right to my house. Didnt even bother to switch it off in between.

    Reading all the other reviews below I can see they've done nothing to improve their customer **********************. We live in an area with pfas and cannot drink our tap water so we ordered water delivery from Absopure in ************ Oct. 2022. First delivery they came with the water bottles, but no dispenser. I can overlook that since we did finally get the dispenser. Fast forward to 9/7/23 and our delivery doesn't show up. I email asking when to expect them, they say we will see them the next day. Next day, 9/8 around 4:30 I email stating no one has been here yet and I'm told he is on the way. Driver never showed up and again, no one called. I email asking when we can expect our water delivery, I'm told its rescheduled for 9/13 which I responded that's the first time hearing about a third delivery date and asked why no one has contacted me. I said we wont be home, please wait until the next week. Next week 9/21 came and went, no water delivery, no phone call. I email them again and I'm told they are very sorry and I will hear from the delivery manager of my area. No one called, not once, not ever. We are now without clean drinking water so I emailed again to officially cancel my service and let them know their equipment would be sitting outside. 9/25 they found a way to make it to my home to pickup their equipment. Absolute worst customer ********************** I've ever dealt with.

    Worst customer experience ever. I purchased ********************** delivery, and leased a cooler. When Absupure tried to set the cooler up, it didn't work. So, I was infomred they would swap out the cooler on July 7. But July 7 comes and goes, and Absopure never showed up, or even called. So, I called them the next day, and was told yet again the cooler would be swapped out in a few days. Once again, Absopure never called, let alone came to pick up the cooler. At this point, I'm long past having anything to do with Absopure, and am simply trying to get ahold of them to come pick up the cooler. Absopure, on the other hand, refuses to tell me when this will be done. Ridiculous.

    Its so rare that there isnt a problem. From not showing up at all to delivering to the wrong address (3 months in a row) to getting the wrong water or not having the right amount. Month after month it doesnt show up when they say. I have to call and get some excuse. They dont call and let you know whats going on or offer anything to make it right. Absolute worst company I have encountered

    Ampliphy water was my favorite until I purchased 2 gallons that tasted like poison. I called Absopure after scouring the website to find the manufacturer/contact information. I was forwarded to the lab and left a message, which was never returned. Thankfully I didnt get sick, but the lack of response is completely unacceptable. If there are safety concerns, a call back should be prioritized. That water shouldve been recalled. It appears there are no safely protocols and I will never buy the water again.
