    Do NOT use this place!!! My father passed in August 2018 and his stone was not engraved until late 2020. We were told that the person that handled the paperwork did not process everything appropriately. OKAY. Everything was paid for but the work wasn't done. My mom passed in Nov 2020. Guess what? Her stone is still not engraved and it's paid for! I'm visiting and want to pay my respects last month and once again they haven't done what was expected!! I call and leave a message with a secretary a month ago and no one ever calls me back. I call today and get someone. He answers the phone and I indicate I need to speak to someone about my mother's grave stone. The first thing that comes out of his mouth is, 'What's wrong?'. That says it all right there. I'm given the same lame excuse that someone didn't do what they were supposed to by the same person........... If you want things done right and don't want any unnecessary stress to be added after losing a loved one. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT have your loved one buried here.
