      This place sucks! I agree totally with other terrible reiews.We brought are cat in to have it put down on ********** wife was not shown one bit of empathy or sympathy. She was handed a body bag to put her deceased pet in.I called and asked why we were charged $339.99 for the basic service of two shots. I was told "That's what it is, have a nice day"!We just had a pet put down and we were told to have a nice day.I repeat: They suck!

      Unprofessional, uncaring, disrespectful, unsympathetic are just a few words I have for this practice. I do understand that a vet is a business. It is also a medical facility. You leave a review and you are called fat, along with a slew of other filth. Our pet was sent home to die for 3 extra days for no reason other than to make them an extra $500. Then the way he was euthanized was so cruel. Prolonged for hours. I was then insulted and told I was rude for asking why they were overcharging sales tax in the ***********, it was the worst veterinary experience my sons have ever gone through. The office of pure filth and disgusting. No running air with the exam rooms up to 92 degrees, We will never set foot in that place again but I hope someone looks into some of their policies and procedures as this place has a ******* clinic as well!

      You have a choice where you bring your pet, your pets life depends on it!Dr(?) ****** killed my dog. Bloomfield Pointe Veterinarian Hospitals incompetence of removing a tumor, completely, lead to more tumors 4 months later. The surgery was the sloppiest surgery I have ever seen, it was like he used a dual butter knife to preform.After picking my dog up and carrying her home, I received a voicemail that stated they gave me another patients prescription but that I should still give it to her as instructed on the bottle (Im sorry ***********************, I hope your dog Danger is okay. Not sure whose medicine you received or what hippa violations where made of me having your info) *note, the numbers of pills inside the bottle was also incorrect.I trusted Bloomfield Pointe Veterinarian Hospital.If youre a malpractice lawyer reading this; I did archive the voicemail and kept the wrong subscribed medicines and pill bottles. I just couldnt stomach the pain and grief this steered ** in my heart, perusing a lawsuit. I have to live with the fact that I trusted this veterinarian, I forced a medicine on my puppy and then had to watch her body react and then die from it. Furthermore, when malpractice was mentioned, *************** chuckled and said, youre not going to get what you think your pet is worth, I dont pay legal fees and they would just pro rate the life of your dog. I get threats like this all of the timeSome one needs to take action on a veterinarian that hurts pets so often that they get threatened of lawsuits all the time and have no fear of the repercussions of their incompetence and carelessness.I digress, and truly hope you do your homework in choosing your veterinarian. There are good, pet loving Doctors out there. Please choose one of them.Respectfully,*************************
