*Deceptive images: Their amenities and kitchen furniture look nothing like the images. Everything from the appliances to cabinets look they belong in the 70s. I dare them to post their non-renovated images. *Deceptive descriptions: They advertise washing and drying, but only have hookups, so get ready to pony up 1000 dollars for a decent set -or- rent it at over 100 dollars a month from them. A nicely obscured cost. Noise issues: The walls in the townhomes are paper thin, so get used to waking up to doors slamming during the alleged "quiet" hours every single morning. Financially abusive: Working on moving out of this... place, and I am unable to move out until three weeks after our lease they are forcing a month to month at a 500$ premium - oh - and an additional deposit for 400$ for reasons I guess. Would they pro-rate for the 3 weeks I need instead a whole month? Of course not. *Please note, what I consider to be deceptive is not necessarily meant to be the legal definition of deception, but in the colloquial use of the term.

We have photos from our premium, deluxe, and classic homes available online to showcase the various styles available. We offer our townhomes with just washer and dryer hookups, or we can provide a washer and dryer for a rental rate of $70 per month. As with any apartment community, there is some noise from shared walls, floors, and ceilings that cannot be avoided. Since the lease is expiring, we need to have a current lease for residents and the month-to-month option tends to be a fair bit higher than the 12-month lease option. With the month-to-month option, we only require a 30-day notice of your intent to move out and we prorate the lease based on that move-out date.
