On 11.5.2024, I took my truck to Crossroads Auto for service. The engine light was on, vehicle was slow to start and truck sounded horrible. The mechanics at ********* recommended immediate attention to coils / plugs and fuel injector. Crossroads installed a new water pump; transmission pan/gasket; ignition coils; spark plugs; engine coolant and antifreeze. The total was $1610.56. When I picked up the truck the engine light was still on, tire light was now on and it still sounded bad. I immediately returned and the owner advised to continue driving and it should self-correct. As such, the horrible sound remained and the truck began bucking. The turn signals were now out and bedlight didnt work. I returned to Crossroads and they added a new idler & tension pulley; replaced another ignition coil and spark plug totaling $309.94. When I picked up the truck the 2nd time, the engine and tire light were still on and truck was not fixed despite spending $1920.50. At this point, I returned to ********* and they found the wire harness was cut; they spliced the ignition coils and cut the factory wires and sloppily wrapped them in electrical tape. They also spliced the fuel injector connector which caused leaking. The wires used were aftermarket wiring not factory standard to ***** which caused the electrical issues and compromised the turn signals and bedlight. Subsequently, I returned to Crossroads to discuss with Mr. ****** and he ordered me to leave. I whipped out my phone and recorded a 12 minute video of what transpired. With that, Mr. ****** called the police and falsely accused me of being disruptive and left the building. As a result of the failure to fix my truck and damages caused by negligence, I was forced to go to another auto service repair. The new mechanic documented that Crossroads service was incorrectly performed. Due to the damages caused by Crossroads Auto, I spent an additional $1115.22 to correct the damages and properly repair my vehicle.

03-21-2022. I got my oil changed at cross roads auto. They did not tighten the oil filter so therefore I lost all the oil in my car. I took it back there and they told me that nothing was wrong with the oil change but I needed something else fixed for $700. I got a second opinion and my oil filter was not screwed in place. My husband went back to get the reimbursement and the owner was so rude to him. He gave me $40 back when I spent over $100 on the oil change and then the oil I had to put back into my car.
