      This company let me down they installed a tub shower 7/25/21 they ordered the wrong size tub they James it in there Ben project manager told Shaun the installer 3 different times you gotta make it fit so they knocked a big hole in the wall scratched the trim a to pieces damaged my mirror scratched the door they told me the mirror wouldn't have to be removed they took it down damaged it I can't get the owner out here Ben won't show his face Ben is really good tell the untruth he made appointment never showed I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone people beware of them I I don't mind paying for something if it is done right they told me the installers has got 20 yrs experience Shaun told me he started 2/21 I'm not sure how this will end

      I had an appointment for a quote with SIR home improvement. When the person arrived to my home he told me he was not supposed to quote me because my husband was not home. I explained he is a firefighter and was gone unexpectedly on a call. He gave me the quote even though he "wasn't supposed to". A week later I got a call from SIR customer service to schedule another appointment. I was told that I never should have received a quote because my husband was not home. The excuse was it was necessary for both homeowners to be present in order to maintain the BBB rating. I have been told by SEVERAL other companies this is NOT true!!! I also find it incredibly degrading that a business would take it upon themselves to decide who is fit to make financial decisions in a household. It has been months and SIR continues to call my phone from different phone numbers, trying to get me to set up an appointment. I will NEVER do business with you and you need to stop calling me immediately!!!!

I do not accept this response as I feel you are not being honest. I have been told repeatedly by EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES that has EVER called me (which is SEVERAL) the reason you require both homeowners are present is to "maintain your BBB rating." Now obviously that is a lie, and you are trying to cover it up by saying you want to make sure there are "no misunderstandings." Even if this were true, it shows you feel customers are widely incapable of relaying information to their spouses, and incompetent to make their own decisions when it comes to household finances. This is incredibly degrading and unprofessional. I have NEVER known any reputable business to have such ridiculous requirements. If you ran an honest business, you wouldn't need to worry about "high pressuring people into doing things they do not want." Clearly that is not the case here, as you feel the need to flat out lie to homeowners, demanding they both be present, and even when the homeowner tells you it is not possible or necessary, you degrade them even further by cancelling or refusing to schedule an appointment. You also would not continue to call customers repeatedly from different phone numbers after the customer requested multiple times to be removed from the call list!! I can see right through these shady business practices and you will NEVER earn my future business nor any of my associates, colleagues, neighbors, acquaintances, family, or friends. OWN UP TO YOUR LIES AND CHANGE THESE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

      We signed a contract with SIR two years ago and they never finished the job. They started (shower, tub, sink install) in Oct. of 2019. After December, we never saw them again despite several calls and appts set complete/fix what was still not working/completed. The shower broke two weeks after it was installed, the sink was just a trickle- someone did come rig it, worked for a day-my husband ended up fixing it, one of the tub settings never worked. They promised to come out several times, texting me a pic of the new shower head with our name on it after several missed appointments/calls. They had someone call about the tub, they had me run a "test," said they'd call back. Nope. They closed due to the pandemic. When they opened again it all started over- calls not returned, no-show appointments. We ended up buying and installing a new shower head ourselves. Last I spoke to the owner almost a year ago when he promised they'd be there the next day. No one showed up (I was home all day).

      After I filled out an online form I was told me the company that they do not do the type is project I was looking for (kitchen). Unfortunately, I have continued to be contracted by this company asking if I want other projects (bathroom, windows) and they will not stop calling even after I've asked numerous times. They have also sent misleading texts and voicemails without their company name telling me to call them about a package I have to pick up. Turns out this is just a scam by Sir to try to get me to call them for them to try to sell me something I never wanted again. Very misleading and dishonest sales tactics. I would love to be taken off their contact list all together, but they have not done this after I have requested it.

I still disagree with their practice of leaving a message about a "package" without any other identifying information. This is obviously just a way to try to confuse people into contacting them and it seems dishonest. I do not agree with these sales tactics and would warn anyone else about leaving their information on the company's website as they will incessantly contact you.

      Sir home improvements fixed my roof in November 2012. They did an entire tear off of the shingles and replaced the shingles with Mystique shingles with a lifetime warranty. After they did the work shortly after the roof started leaking and they had to come back and fix the leaky roof. It's now September 2021 only 9 years since the roof was replaced and the shingles are falling off. I have called them 3 times and sent them pictures of the damage that was discovered by a home appraisal company. I am trying to sell my house but cannot until the roof has been repaired. I want this business to abide by the contract we signed on 11/01/12. I purchased their consumer protection package that includes property damage insurance, lifetime labor warranty, and money back guarantee etc. please do something I need to sell my house ASAP I still have to make the payments and I lost my job so time is of the essence. Thanks
