      Please take pictures of the carpet, padding, or tile (everything) of everything to be installed before you leave the store. I had the carpet installed a month ago. When the carpet was being installed I called and told her it was the wrong carpet. When she can to check on the work, I told her then it was the wrong carpet. She said no, it was the lighting, it's the right carpet. She stated she check it herself before it left the warehouse. I went to the store and spoke with ***, who said it was the wrong carpet. Each time ***** tried to convince me I was wrong and that it was the right carpet. I had my sample and the order invoice to prove it. Finally, I took a sample of the carpet installed back to the store on my 5th visit to tell them it was the wrong carpet. *** said it was the wrong carpet and that they would fix it. I visit one more time and this time ***** came to the house still trying to tell me I was wrong. The company has not done anything to fix the problem or resolve my issue with the carpet I didn't order. I order light gray, they delivered and install light brown and tan. All I got was excuses that they were going to fix it. On 10/15/22 it was installed and on 11/30/22 they have not done anything. I was told they would replace the carpet am still waiting. Find a carpet company that will be true to their work. Not LIARS, Find a real carpet company.
