  Great company to work with. I have used them for several home renovation jobs including new bathroom, porch awnings, and vinyl floor install. The crew was very conscious of cleaning up and very courteous of us being in the house during the jobs. They went above and beyond even when changes were requested- like when I didn't like the color of the bathroom paint. The repainted with the new color I changed it to no questions asked. . I would deffinately recommend them. They are my go to team for all home improvements! Thank you HHR!

  Horrible workmanship. refusing to repair the things they damaged. Gave deposit 10K for materials, had to pay **ncrete ** on my own card the day they delivered, received a call from owner that day telling me he **uldn't put it on his card even with a LARGE DEPOSIT to pay for materials.. Now ignoring all the **ncerns we had spoke about multiple times prior to job. promising driveway would be lower than sunroom, now my sunroon is destroyed and needs replacement. Worse driveway ever seen, water also runs under garage and now is cracked due to improper pitch.Told me for months they would take care of things. The gutter omg, they bent the flashing on the back of the house, blamed the roofers from prior which was a flat out lie. Did not speak to me at all on how I wanted that done, leaving down spot running in the back of my yard, tripped over that twice. Had People **me out when I was NOT home.Took my gate off **uld not even put that back up **rrectly, bent the heck out of the fence, left it that way.Removed the porch **lums and railing, bent the siding, cut it with a circular saw, left it that way.I **uld go on and on and on. Now they wont even speak to me or return my calls.Filling **mplaint with ***************** Licensing Contractors.

  Unfortunately, this whole review has many untruthful statements. There was nothing wrong with the workmanship or quality of the work that we did. We never refused to repair anything that was damaged because we did not damage anything. Homeowner did give a very large deposit, we as a company were able to pay for the cement although the employee doing the cement did not have a company card on him; ************ offered to pay as it would be credited to her project. We did not in anyway destroy any sunroom as the footings for the sunroom were already collapsing homeowner was told that cement would be to code for the city.. Upon being inspected by the city was passed. Due to the extensive cost of replacing footings under sunroom client declined to have that part repaired. We went back several times to try and take care of certain things, letting homeowner know that we would be there she locked the gate. ****** was done to specifications as stated in contract to R&R. This was spoke to the homeowner. The homeowners gutter was running to the middle of her back yard So, the gutter company put it back as initially was. When she was unhappy about it we sent them back out right away to complete it the way she wanted even though it was advise against due to the pitch of roof. The drip edge was bent from previous roofing contractor nothing to do with gutter replacement. The only people that came out when she was not home was the city inspector to inspect the gutter which she knew that we put in for and there was no reason for her to be home. The gate was taken off and was put back exactly the way that it was nothing was bent or was damaged by HHR, we have photos of this complete job before and after showing existing damage for these purposes. The removal of the porch columns and railing was to be completed, it was only left that way because ************ did not want ** to proceed to install new columns. There were many phone calls, text messages and Jobber messages between Hoffman Home Renovations and homeowner ************, this am has been documented. The winter months had come and we were not able to go and complete what needed to be repaired. We have tried several times to have someone from our company come out to take care of items and she would not respond. ************ had still owed us for materials that she had not paid for. She then had a separate company/ person install the materials on the home under our permit. The owner ****** had a conversation with her on May 2, 2023 where she stated she was not unhappy with the work she was just unhappy that we had not responded back to her and what she thought was a timely manner. She also stated that she would pay for the doors that she had installed, take down the bad view and we would go our separate ways. Again unfortunately this has not happened either.
