They are scammers they basically had me do an application for a home & denied me without any real reason. And I know Im well over qualified for the home. They claim they reached out to me the 2nd day after my application was submitted which was a complete lie they reached out to me April 4th at 7:20AM I called back at 10AM only to get the voicemail so I informed them I was attending a funeral & I would be available at 1:00PM. Didnt hear anything I called back the following morning April 5th left another voicemail no follow up I called back that Monday April 8th left another voicemail no response. I get a email stating I was denied because their policy is to Rent to the first qualified applicant which makes sense cause they never told me how I wasnt qualified. So I emailed ask for a explanation as to how I wasnt qualified they said they called me the 2nd day after I did my application asking for additional information a previous 12 month tenant *********** December 2023 check stubs I did the application on the 29th so that means I wouldve received a phonecall on the 31st which I did not. They didnt call me until April 4th & never returned any of my calls. I asked them why would I need to provide my check stubs from 2023 & its April 2024 & I wouldnt be moving in til May 2024 that makes no ********* wouldve provided the tenant ledger but that wasnt in the documentation **************** provided my most recent check stubs like it was listed in the description in Trulia & on the application site they never said anything about a ledger until I asked them how was I not qualified when I provided everything they asked for. The lady *********************** doesnt answer her phone for nothing your voicemails will go unanswered & then they will deny you & say you didnt respond when they tried calling & you can have your evidence to back yourself up they will still shift blame. They are scammers & not good to rent from what I read & hear anyway.

I moved into one of there houses November of 2020. They randomly knocked on my door October of 2022 stating they were the new management group and to pay my rent to them going forward. I stayed at ****************************************************. During my time being there they refused to fix the things that were wrong with the house. I had multiple windows falling on me and my children heads out of the blue (mind you I'm already disabled and had several surgeries in the past two years on my neck back stomach and ect), sink in the kitchen and bathroom was leaking leaving standing water, the cabinets were falling off, the porch stairs were broken at a slant that caused me and my children to fall multiple times, and more. I finally decided to move October the 31st of 2023. Met with **** to turn my keys in on November the 1st and to do a walk through. During the walk through **** told me the house was left in an awesome condition especially compared to the last tenant and that I should have no issues getting my deposit back and that they would reach out to me via phone to get my forwarding address and information... here it is December the 22, 2023 and I have yet to receive a call nor have they returned any of my calls or voicemails. I called again today they still hadn't picked up so I spoke to the dispatch line yet again that you get sent too when they don't pick up and and voiced my concern and frustration and per usual he stated he would send yet another email and **** it urgent and hopefully they would call back. I also had my mom drive to the address that he'd given me for them only to find out it's a P.O. Box so don't waste your time driving to *************************************************************************************************. This is insane you have to go through all of this attempting to rent a home or get your deposit returned. I will be reporting them to BBB and everything else and reaching out to my lawyer at this point.

I moved into one of there home from 2019-2023 and nothing was fixed for 3 years I had no heat and the basement constantly would back up with raw sewage. When I moved in they told me that I would have new windows and that didn't happen until I got the *************** involved, my home had 46 violations from the city and even with that they didn't do anything. I finally had enough and contacted a lawyer, turns out that the home was never registered with the city, no C of O, has never had the home inspected and the house had a high concentration of lead in the home. Very long story short I sued Tradewinds and the owner of the home and after a year they settled with me they had to pay me all the rent I had paid (4yrs) plus attorney fees etc. The ************* are rude and don't care about the tenants and maintenance man ******* is another kind of A hole all rolled ** in one. Please DON'T, DO NOT rent from this company.

Company just took over my lease, along with 29 others from my previous management company. They claimed they were better, but nothing has changed. 3 years of nothing being fixed in my house, and it continues to be neglected by the management team. From a leaky roof, broken windows, and water in the basement after it rains, they take their money and run. Stay away from anything they rent, and any rental property in ******* as they are all the same

Where should I start? Was advised by a contractor in May that the reason half of my house loses power when the kitchen and dining room lights are on is because the house needs to be rewired. Was told they would be back in a week to do so in May. Well, its November and still no repair. Ive been complaining about animals getting in my ceiling due to needing a roof repair since April and still nothing. You can hear SEVERAL animals in my ceiling at dusk and **** EVERY DAY in the cooler months which is about 9 months out of the year. My property manager is non-responsive and Ive been forced to make a formal complaint with the city and through the court because of this. Avoid by all means necessary.
