Details of damages and botched job caused by Case Construction per insurance claim for kitchen and laundry room flooring replacement:*Broke refrigerator when moving to garage from kitchen. Construction people claimed they did not do this.*Scratched and dented extremely rare and expensive classic car-**** Porsche, when moving refrigerator into garage. Construction people claimed they did not do this.*Scratched, scraped, nicked, gouged, engraved, gashed, chipped, etc., all trim, all door trim, all doors and walls.*I have never seen such sloppy and careless craftsmanship in my life-caked on caulk, some areas didnt have any caulking, installed trim incorrectly, didnt fill in nail holes, didnt sand, only painted partially and with the wrong paint color and finish. *Scratched brand new flooring.*Didn't tape anything up so paint trim got on walls and construction people refuse to paint walls. *Left hole in flooring and damaged weather stripping around garage door.*Left nails sticking out of trim.*Construction people were possibly drunk or greatly hungover when working on house. They even left without announcement so unaware of how long they were actually incompetently working.Overall, there was substantially more damage when construction people left then when they initially arrived. Case Construction claims they did nothing wrong, claims they didnt break the refrigerator while moving it as well as damaging car with placement of refrigerator. They basically stated that it was not their problem and they wont do anything about anything.Would like to be compensated accordingly for the refrigerator that Case Construction broke as well as repairs on classic vehicle. Will seek repairs on trim and other construction concerns elsewhere with custom builders.Thank you for your time and please reach out soon.
