    Timberline landscaping did work on our yard 5/18/23. As soon as they were complete, I went out to inspect the job. I noticed that our window next to where they had been doing work had a hole in it. My husband reached out to the company and they immediately came back that night to assess the window. He owner agreed to fix our window. They sent a guy out soon after to measure the window and then we had not heard anything from them for quite some time despite calling and emailing. Finally heard back from owner on 3/29/24 who said they were going to send another company out to measure the window. Window was measured for a 2nd time on 5/30/24. Did not receive any updates until we called again in September 2024. Sent a third company out to measure window on 10/18/24 and have not heard a single update. We have called multiple times and left voicemails with no response. We have also sent emails without any response. Our window has been broken for almost a year and a half and at this point there is probably damage occurring to the house because it is exposed to the elements despite our efforts of taping/covering the hole.
