    On 3/25/2022 * entered Kevins Jewelers @ ***************************************************** ,In hopes to find me a ring for my Birthday .which is Apri* 24 , 2022. The Sa*es *ady showed me severa* * chose such a beautifu* ring . I was ab*e to put it in the *ayaway made two $20 do**ar payments 3/25 and 4/7/2022.Then Apri* 12 ***** * was ab*e to get my ring out of *ayaway . Then had to get it sized they to*d me it wi** take a coup*e of hours after 2 attempts * fina**y got my ring ..*ater that evening * rea*ized one of the stones was missing * ca**ed to the store The owner apo*ogized said bring it back not knowing it wou*d take two more days * exp*ain * wanted For my Birthday and * wou*d be out of town and wou*d return 4/26/2022. We both agreed bring it back after * come back in town.. on Apri* 13 2022 * came home washed my hands excited about my ring Ta*king on the phone bragging about my ring *ook down at my finger notices something missing omg The top of the ring was missing .. * traced back from *ooking in my car sidewa*k , *ooked in the sink on my f*oors everywhere. So Apri* 14 ***** Friday Morning * came Back to Kevens Jewelers spoke with the owner exp*ain how * discovered the top of the ring missing .he ask me where was the piece to the ring * exp*ain sir * dont know where or when it fe** off .. * *ooked everywhere.* to*d him its *ike *ooking for a need*e in a haystack. He said there nothing he can do .* remain ca*m Sir is there anything you can do a young *ady came from the back not the one who so*d the ring to me . She said * heard your conversation and theres nothing we can do she then said you can upgrade pay the same va*ue . I then said you want me to pay another $240 for another ring.* then put the ring back in the box started wa*king toward the door ,to make matters worst she said you can put it in the *ayaway ti** you save up your money. There was nothing e*se to say * was heated .at this time * wou*d *ike a fu** refund
