I rent weekly, twice they didn't clean my room, The main complaint is they put a new black top on the parking lot. They didn't notify us at all. I walk with 2 canes, and I couldn't get to my room safely. I fell, getting out of the tub on Sunday. I slept in my car last night 7/11 due to not being able to get to my room safely last night. I was stranded in my room 7/10 due to how far my car was away from my room. I felt totally disrespected.Business response

We do understand that having our parking lot resurfaced was an inconvenience to our guests. Unfortunately these things have to get done. We did have a few guests that requested to be relocated during this time. We were more than happy to do so. We wish that you had requested it as well, we sure would have accommodated you as well. In regards to the slip and fall. According to your husband as he reached out to me. He claimed you were rinsing items of clothing in the tub. He exclaimed to you not to do this cause you would likely fall. When he asked for assistance to help get you up. I did inform him due to you or staff getting hurt we were not able to assist. However I did call emergency services for you. Finally, in regards to housekeeping, when it was brought to our attention that you had not received it on your scheduled day we made sure you received it that same day and as well on your scheduled day. We strive on a daily basis to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction. However, we are not exempt from error. We can only correct issues when they are brought to out attention. We thank you for allowing us to have this conversation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
[I actually was taking a bath, when I fell getting out of the tub. I was not washing clothes at that moment. I was in a Handicapped room and was never offered any other rooms. I slept in my car due to being afraid of falling again. I spent over two thousand dollars there. I want some type of financial compensation. 1 day for the night I slept in my car. The only parking spots were at the edge of the building. It was no way I could get to my room safely.

I stayed at the days inn Roseville location for one night on December 17th of 2021. I was fraudulently charged $150. When I questioned the location the accused me of stealing linens, which I did not do. At that point I brought to the attention of the manager the fact that my room had no linens when I arrived and was very dirty, with tools and uncompleted repairs left. I also contact Wyndham hotels, both have been uncooperative about this issue.
