    Service was to clear a lower level drain in the bathtub. After the plumber did his work we gave our kids a bath. The water would not drain. Motor city plumbing would not fix the issue. They said there was no guarantee on their work.

    We have resolved this issue with our customer. On 8/4/2023 we sent out a tecnician for a backed up bath tub drain. Our tecnician cabled the drain open. On 9/1/2023 the customer was scheduled for a tecnician to come back out due to the bath tub drain backing up still. Upon the second trip out to the home there must have been a miscommunication between the customer and the technician in regards to if the work was under warranty. The customer did not contact our office in regards to this matter. We only became aware of the issue after a yelp review was posted. I contacted the customer immediately and set a appointment to send a technician out to recable the drain open and fix the problem. I did follow up with Mr. ******** after to ensure that his problem with the drain was solved and that he was happy with the service. ******************** stated his drain problem had been solved and he was happy with the technician that was sent to him. We strive to provide the best service possible for our customers.
