    09/06/2024. I took my car in for an oil change it wasn't needed but I was driving to ******** and wanted to have a safe drive. ***** who worked on my car put the wrong oil in that wasn't what I asked for initially then wanted to drain it out and put in a different oil. My complaint is that I took my car for an oil change and they didn't put the oil plug in very well. My car was leaking oil at my friends house. I was driving my Jeep showed oil draining on my dash board in the middle of the road as the plug fell out. Oil spilled all over the road and my car stopped running on a main road. I had to have it towed to a dealership where it was confirmed that the oil plus falling out caused the engine to blow and I either need a new engine or a new car. Oil change place refuses to help in any way and tells me a part is missing so someone touched it since them and they will not pay anything. No one touched the car since them. I have been out of work, had to pay for *******, rental cars, etc. Please assist with this situation.
