Very poor customer service. The representative was very slow and could not locate my policy leaving me in the dark. Luckily a nice man came along to give me a jump.

On 3/12/24 at around 1pm I hit a curb which flattened two tires. I called quest requesting a tow. They said a truck was being dispatched to my location. Two hours later with no update, I called back. They said it would be another 45 minutes as the tow truck was busy towing another car. I told them to cancel that and get another truck thinking it would be quicker. Boy, was I wrong! It was getting late and the tire shop was closing at 7pm. I called several more times to Quest seeking any updates on the truck arrival time and each time they said no trucks were available. This happened in a city with many towing companies available but Quest doesn’t do business with any of them. Their tow truck was in a different town over an hour away and no updates were given on arrival time. I had to get to the tire shop before they closed so I got help from a man living across the street. He put the spare tire on and aired up the back one. I drove as quickly as I could but the back tire went completely flat with one mile to go. I inched along and made it to the tire shop in time for them to put two new tires on. I didn’t get any calls or updates from Quest for the rest of the night. They called the next morning and said they had gotten a tow truck and it was on the way. They would’ve left me stranded over night had I not gotten help from a stranger. I went off on the representative and told her that Quest is beyond a horrible company! Their idea of service is to have the customer call a private towing company and pay for it out of pocket. Other reviews I read told me that was a bad idea because most customers didn’t receive any reimbursement from Quest. I’ll be switching from Farm Bureau insurance because they obviously don’t care that their customers are being left stranded with no roadside assistance. Why are we paying for a service we don’t receive? *** will get my business because they actually provide roadside assistance whereas Quest provides foreign representatives that lie.

One star is generous, because they wouldn't let me leave 0. My insurance company contracts with them. My car overheated at night and I could not drive further. I called the roadside assistance number and got this guy an overseas contact center, and I had to spell my name 6 times. After all the info was taken he put me on hold and told me dispatch said I would have a tow in 30 minutes. nope 1/2 hr. later no tow, and I get a call from another guy who tells me that the tow truck broke down and they were to have to get another tow that someone would call me back. Another wait, and I call back and the guys say nobody called you? You didn't get confirmation? Nope. Another hold and he tells me it will be 45 minutes or more. I asked what tow company, he told me which one. That company was across town on the other side of Cleveland and was also the most corrupt towing company in town. I asked them to call one close to where I was and they said the are the only ones they contract with. I mean really one contractor for the whole of the City of Cleveland. I cancelled. Got a tow from another company who showed up in 5 minutes. Don't use Quest, get your own tow and make your insurance reimburse you.

QuestX Towing is terrible! The worst customer service! When needing my car towed the employee asked where I was located, which I gave them. Then asked me where I was going. I was going home, so I gave that address. I thought maybe they were asking to make sure I wasn't stranded....but nope....they just suck at asking the correct question. They did the bill based on my home address, where I was going, and not where the car was going. Obviously I know that in the end they needed the information on where the car was getting towed, but she didn't ask me that. What she should have asked me was where was my car getting towed. I thought I would give that information to the towing company and didn't know they were asking it for the billing purposes. So now, after all of this fiasco where my bill should have been covered I have to pay $100 to the towing company directly! I'm a single mom and work 3 jobs and the holidays are coming. They wasted 1 hr of my time and the QuestX employees' time.....they lost money on this and so did I. I asked for a manager and they didn't give me the opportunity. I said, you would rather have poor customer service then write off $100? Well.....here is the negative review for their terrible service. If it allowed me to put 0 stars, that is what I would give them. I hope it was worth it to them. They suck and I will never use them again and hope this discourages you from using them as well.

My children and i have been on the side of the road for 7 hours and 40 minutes, I thought this was emergency assistance anything but emergency my vehicle had gotten a flat tire and besides it taking 2 hours for me to even get someone on the phone to let them know my children and i were sitting on the expressway trying to get a tow truck, everything was fine a tow truck was on the way, and we waited, and waited and waited and finally at 12 pm mind you i called at 8am, i called to see why the tow truck was not here yet after receiving a text message stating that they would be here in 60 minutes. due to the weather I gave them a little more time I called the tow truck company they told me it had been canceled so apparently the tow truck companys tow truck broke down but neglected to inform myself or qwest about the cancellation. So then the stories start coming, lying about on their end im only covered for 15 miles. I asked her why didnt anybody mention that the first time when they had already set up the tow truck and everything and they were ready to come and get us? Of course they didnt have an answer for that because they were just blowing things out there. Do you know what to cover their own butts! so now here we are nine hours later still sitting on the side of the road and still no tow truck, luckily, we have a family friend who is kind enough to come and pick us up so were insurance can reimburse them for picking such a crappy third-party for emergency roadside assistance make sure you check your insurances 3rd party business because qwest is disgusting, poorly ran, unprofessional, unsympathetic, lying *** company i have ever had to deal with! DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING

I had similar experiences of other reviewers on trying to get service. My auto shop had me contact this company to get my car towed to their shop due to a mishap with the last repair which left it undrivable. Lucky for me at least my car was in my garage. From the first contact it took 6 1/2 hours to finally get a tow truck to show up. They would text estimates when a tow truck would show up and that time would come and go. The last two hours they left me on hold for two hour only to periodically tell me they were still trying to line up a tow truck and that it was a busy day so why it was taking so long. I have called and paid for tow services before and it never took over 30 minutes to get a truck. There is something seriously wrong with this company,

No words can express how HORRIBLE, AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, and URELIABLE, this company was. My husband and I were traveling to a funeral and had a flat tire, ******* and Adian the supervisor, would not allow us to show them our coverage and kept trying to charge us out of pocket. They left us stranded in the middle of nowhere, at night, in beautiful **** somewhere we never been. They argued with us consistently telling us we have to pay at the time of service when we have road side assistance. Money was their concern instead of helping stranded clients. Their behavior was unacceptable, we had to ****** and find someone quickly to get to safety. ****'s Towing came, took our car to the shop, drove us to the nearest hotel, and ensure we were checked in before leaving Quest Towing said we had to pay out of pocket, catch a uber, and the cost would depend upon the miles. My belief is they didn't want to file a claim and wait for the insurance to pay them. They want the money right away and charge people an insane amount. Please don't use this company they are unprofessional and I believe doing something they don't want the insurance company to know because we clearly tried to email them our policy but they would not accept it, just continually stated we don't have insurance and need to pay at the time of service. Sad, but thank God we are back on the road to get to my mom's funeral and take care of my dad who need us. Do not pay this company any money out of pocket if you have insurance try ****'s Towing great customer service.
