    We reached out to K&C about fall leaf removal for our yard. They came to our home for an in-person quote and we were quoted $225 for "three pick **** that they stated would cover our entire yard. We agreed for three pick *** and paid the half of the cost, which was considered company policy as a deposit. We were scheduled for our first leaf pickup the last week of October. When they did not show up that week, we contacted them on October 29, 2024 to ask when we could expect them for pickup. We were told they were "too busy" that week and they might be able to come November 1/2. After inquiring again when they would come for pickup, they responded on November 7, 2024 saying they would be there on November 8th. Once again they did not show up and we inquired when they would be coming. On November 9th they said they were going to arrive at 1300. We have video proof they didn't show up until 1430 and left at 1500. When we inquired as to why there was still >95% of the leaves that had not been picked up, they told us the job had been completed and we owed our remaining balance within 24 hours. If we did not pay this balance within 24 hours they would add a $100 per day late fee to our balance. We spoke with the owner multiple times on November 11th to confirm that he did have the correct house and he provided 2 pictures showing he had been at our house on the 9th. However, after questioning the fact he had been there 3 seperate times as per our contract, he became irate and told us we were lying, and trying to cheat him. He would not provide us with any evidence to contradict our multiple confirmed video surveillance cameras, including time stamp pictures and recordings he had unknowingly taken during our in-home quote. He threatened to sue us to take away our home and that we were pathetic if we did not pay the remaining $150 balance on November 11th. So we paid the remaining balance despite the contracted work not being completed. Please contact us for video evidence
