    On June 15, 2022, a ********************************* from Citizen Contracting came to my house and gave a price on putting sky lights in and fixing wood on the roof. He insisted on cash and he was paid $4500.00 in cash on June 15, 2022. He has never returned to do the work, never placed the sky lights at our home and has never given a date on when the job will be accomplished. We would like to get a refund but you can never get in touch with him or if you do he will give excuses as to why it can't be started.     In June 2022 a free inspection was done by ********************************* of Citizen Construction for ? animal under my modular home. Of course he found evidence of live animal present and was okayed by ******************* The insurance company stated a live animal was an emergency and should be dealt with immediately. The company wanted cash and was verbally abusive when I would only give a check. He never returned after receiving the check. I called and asked for a refund of the money so I could get another company. He refused. It is now almost three months and he has had no contact with me. This is a person who preys on elderly people who can not get a lawyer to have the money returned.
