    I placed an order online on April 1, 2023. Payment was made and you sent me a confirmation for Order # FH743314-15.Your website stated orders are usually filled in 4 to 6 days, not including weekends. After patiently waiting, Ive reached out several times, through your website contact feature, and then three times by email.I realize circumstances arise that *** delay production schedules. That is understandable. What I cannot understand is total silence from them after multiple attempts by me to check the status.I see the payment status of the order marked Paid, yet the fulfillment status is marked Unfulfilled. There is no indication if production has begun or not.I need the holster I ordered. I chose them after getting several positive comments about the quality of their holsters. But today, I am starting to question my decision to order with them.A return email, or even a phone call, to let me know when I can expect to see my holster is not too much to ask.
