    I have been waiting the entire sprint and summer for ALK to send someone to fix the batch of grass that the snow plow contractor that is contracted by ALK to come out and fix it. I contacted ALK immediately after the plow went too far into my grass and multiple times throughout the summer. All I got was false promises. They even told me to fix it myself.

    Firnas, please allow me to comment on your review.ALK did in fact contact the snowplow contractor on more than one occasion to request that the small area of grass off the corner of your driveway be repaired. The contractor promised ALK that it would be taken care of. I'm sorry that the contractor did not complete the repair as promised. The plows try to get close to the curb to fully clear the street and allow homeowners easy access to their mailboxes. Occasionally grass damage occurs. Because the area of concern was minor, it was suggested that you may want to consider fixing it yourself to expedite the process. I'm sorry that you took offense to this. Please consider installing reflector sticks along your curb this coming winter, so the plow driver can better assess where the curb ends and the grass starts. Since the contractor did not repair the damage, ALK will fix it the next time we are on site.
