              I have been a customer for 5 years and use the car wash often. Three weeks ago I noticed the side rollers of the car wash were really tight up against my vehicle. I then heard a snap and after exiting the wash noticed my side mirror was ripped off. I notified the manager, she took pictures and told me I would get a call back in a few day. Two weeks later, I get a call telling me that "the photos" show the part is rusted and it's not their responsibility. The part is anodised cast aluminum. It cannot rust. I asked for a manager to get back to me as I felt they were shirking their responsibility. To date no call. I have since replaced the part at a "whopping" $50!!!!! I want reimbursement. Poor management making a wrong assessment from a photo and not the actual car. Considering between Gas, smokes and car wash, I spend at this location approximately $4200 a year. Not anymore. Watch out folks!

              They are price gouging our community. They have have an upcharge of 2-3x the regular price for things at other store. Sometimes even more. Apparently no matter how much you try to report it, you get the run around. Our community doesn't deserve to be treated like this.
