    I am the president of the ********** ********************** We have a contract with Lakeshore Landscape and Design to do work on a detention basin.We paid $2,400 out of a total of $4,800 to Lakeshore Landscape and Design on 19 March as a down payment for the work outlined in estimate **** and the attached addendum. This work consisted of clean out of debris from the basin, repair of the perimeter fence, and addition of soil and planting of periwinkle. At this time there has been no work done on this project since 24 March when debris was cleaned out from the basin. The clean out of the inlet and outlet pipes was not needed since, as I informed Lakeshore Landscape and Design, I had already cleaned out the pipes and they were functioning properly. We are very displeased with no action being taken since 24 March on this project and no answers to our many attempts to contact Lakeshore Landscape and Design to discuss getting this work.Since March I have tried many times to contact ***** the owner of Lakeshore Landscape and Design. A few phone calls were answered with the promise that work would be done in the next week. The work was never done. Generally when I phone ***** there is no answer. I can't leave a message since the phone message box is full. I tried going to the office in *********** at ************ and discovered that the office no longer exists. I have tried to send phone text messages but these text messages are not answered. I have sent many email messages and these are also not answered. I have tried to speak with the Resident Agent for the Lakeshore Landscape and Design LLC , ***** Zeckerman, but he says he will not intercede.It is clear that Lakeshore Landscape and Design does not intend to carry out the work for which we gave a down payment of $2,400.We desire the following:No more work be done and we expect a refund of $800. The cost for the cleaning out the debris, which was done on 24 March, we think should be $1,600 not $2,00
