    Clearwater Surveying has repeatedly trespassed across my property and neighboring private property in pursuit of work for clients. They damaged my land and created motorized segments of ATV trail around my private gated road (both gates) and across my brother's land and my land without permission. This has caused additional trespassing and damage to my property and my brother's land.I spoke with ************************* (sp) from Clearwater a month-six weeks ago after the initial damage and trespassing and asked him to stop his staff from trespassing ever again. If they asked for permission, arrangements could possibly be made to open the gates let them cross. We have a huge problem with tresspass in this area. Their damage to my land is costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. Repairs are underway today.Today, August 3, 2023, an employee of Clearwater was back on an ATV to trespass again. He was rude and unprofessional and said he could do whatever he pleased on private property because he was working for the County. I told him that he could walk to whatever points he needed to reach, but if he was going to use his ATV he needed to get to where he was going by some other route. He told me he could do whatever he pleased. This person's last name is *******. There are several good surveying firms in the area with professional staff. There is no reason to use Clearwater given their disrespectful behavior and their uncaring damage to private property.The County should not hire them again. The Better Business Bureau should help me collect a reimbursement when the bill comes for correcting the damage created by Clearwater Surveying.
