This complaint is exclusively regarding the call center. I called to make an appointment for ************** location, today. The date I called was 4/4/23. I spoke to a woman who did not identify herself. I requested to make an appointment for a Saturday, in April. I had requested an appointment for either the 22nd or the 29th. Mind you, it is only April 4th today. That's over two weeks away. The woman from the call center completely cut me off, when I was asking her questions. She was incredibly rude. She straight up told me that I was sick, that she just knew it. She didn't even ask me if I was sick, she automatically assumed I was sick. In other words, she told me I was sick. I am not sick nor have I been. I am not displaying any symptoms. No one in my household is sick. I haven't even been around anyone who was sick. I think it was extremely inappropriate and out of line for her to assume that I was sick, especially when I told her I wasn't. She started arguing with me on the phone, which was again, unprofessional. She's not a doctor, how could she make that decision? Furthermore, how could she even make that decision over the phone, without seeing me to observe any physical symptoms? Is she qualified to make that decision? Now, I could see and totally understand that if I came into the office coughing, sneezing, and with a fever, I could understand her refusing me, rightfully so. If she would have spoken to me on the phone and if I had a hoarse voice, a cough, or if I had told her that I was sick or having symptoms of myself, then I could understand her refusing me, rightfully so. Perhaps the most disturbing thing, she denied me service. She refused to book me an appointment. Even if I was sick, I was requesting an appointment over 2 weeks away. This is extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, and I believe it's illegal to do. I spoke to two different people, I don't know if it was the same person. The second time I was given the name *****'s.
