    I had been with A better tomorrow for a little over 6 months. I am currently on long term disability and have a form that my therapist needs to fill out. When I sent this to my therapist I was informed that he was no longer with the practice. So I called a better tomorrow and spoke with ****, the office manager, who informed me that I would have to make an appointment with another therapist there to get the paperwork filled out. So I did that, all to be stood up by that therapist who claimed they did not feel comfortable filling the paperwork out as he had not worked with me. Mind you no one has even looked at the document as all it is is a mental health progress report for the company paying my long term disability. So the office manager tells me to contact my former therapist, provided his number and told me that he would have access to my records all he has to do is call. That *** be, but it is not my job to do all this leg work and get all this run around. Since that phone call I have made several attempts to call the office and no one answers the phone as I have called several times throughout the day at all different times. Makes me feel like the office manager is screening calls and not answering and I have left several voicemails with no return calls. If I would have known this is how this company operates, I would have never given them my business. This is now factoring into my ability to pay bills, rent is coming due. If this causes me financial hardship or damage, then I will be seeking legal services. This is horrible and ridiculous. The meaning and value of customer service is terrible and offensive.
