1 starPredator business practice! Stay away from them!I have to settle two credit accounts. They didnt tell me of their 25% fee. I know they have fee but they say it includes in the total settle amount they quote me. They settle one account for 36 months instead of 25 (as promised). I did the math, the amount they settled with 1 account pluses their fee, that leaves nothing left to settle the 2nd one. Which means theyll let the second one failing payment until the bank sells it to collector (that is when they really can low offer for it) and your credit report will have years of no payment. I cancel it after 5 months and theyll take the majority of money, nothing back. They dont fix anything but make it worse. Dont do it, call the credit card companies and negotiate yourself, I write this review to warn others since I think they pull people review on very early stage of the process here when thing looks fine.Review fromJudy T

I was really frustrated because there were problems with my document getting faxed to my GRT client portal. ******* was so kind and patient. She helped me get it downloaded, and then she emailed me to let me know that it was there. Thank you *******!!GRT Financial

1 starI was temporarily a member.They said that I could cancel and get a refund but when I tried to cancel they would tell me that I was stupid for wanting to cancel or used high pressure tactics or would disconnect the call. When they did send me a refund, it was only for $2.60 cents. I have asked for a detailed accounting but have yet to receive it. I would not recommend.Try another company.Review fromKim A
