      Very disrespectful company!! My representative ***** and her supervisor *** both are very demeaning, rude and snarky. My rep ***** has specifically been extremely disrespectful in every phone call and email correspondence! Furthermore, she consistently is very belittling and has no empathy whatsoever! Today she had a large volume of background noise and music playing so I simply told her I was in the **** and I don't hear very well, can you please turn the music off? ***** she continued her condescending attitude so I requested to speak to her supervisor. I waited awhile and then *** got on the phone, her supervisor. Then, I asked *** to change my rep. ***** *** adamantly refused to change my **** and said if he did that for everyone "it would be chaos." That right their implies that all their **** are disrespectful. He also was very snarky about my service. I simply tried to explain to him, like I did *****, that I was in the **** and I don't hear well. His response, in a very demeaning manner, "I heard you say you were in the ************ twice." First of all, I didn't mention that to get anything out of it; I said it so they knew why I didn't hear well! I'm so appalled by this company; they are extremely rude, demeaning, belittling, snarky and treat veterans with no respect whatsoever!! I implore you not to do business with this company!!!!!

      I worked with ************, The whole process was a breeze and communication was excellent from the start to the end. He answered all of my questions during the process. The whole process from start to end was super easy. If you are looking for a loan I highly recommend getting ahold of ************!

      They are horrible company they have attacked our payors even after they received the wire they refused to send a payoff letter and ucc filing letter and we was told that it would take 7 days business days for the wire to clear never heard of anything like that a wire clears immediately or next day if it was sent at a certain time the latest they are scam artist and robbers they are not there to help you or your business but to hurt them do not I repeat do not do any business with these people

      And we did reach out where is our zero balance letter as well as our ucc termination letter and have you guys sent that letter to echo about resending the money that is owed to us your company is disgusting and I hope no one does business with you crooks

      Hi *****,When you initiated a stop payment order on your loan payments months ago, we offered you an option to lower your payments by 20% for a duration of time, all we required was a few documents. You refused to provide these documents and began demanding your own buyout settlement which went against our policy and your contract. After no response from you, our legal team became involved. We have received a portion of the amounts owed and are actively waiting on the remaining amount. Once those funds clear, and 7 business days have passed, we will release the hold, submit a retraction for the *** Lien in place, and provide a zero balance letter for you. Any over payments that have been made will be refunded directly back to you. For any additional concerns, please direct them towards our legal department and they will work with you to resolve this matter.

      We did respond as of July for stop payment and I have those emails dont lie to save face you had my payors send checks to the wrong address which could have had this cleared ** in august we didnt get this resolved until this past Friday which the cfo had to step In because your company did not reach out to them so please stop with the lies I can post emails
