    3/18/23 I received a lip filler injection ($550) at glam queen beautique, and prepaid for another lip filler ($550), and appointment and brows by ******** ($675), using Cherry llc to finance the cost. The contract ID is: *************. I was not provided an itemized receipt or told that there was a booking deposit or non-refundable security deposit. The owner did the transaction, and put a post it note in the appointment book so her assistant knew that I had prepaid. I did not schedule services at that time. I was provided a refund policy which I signed. There was nothing in the policy regarding prepaid services. It stated if there is a non-refundable security deposit/booking deposit. And if those appointments are cancelled Glam Queen will keep the non-refundable deposit. Balance due when cl arrives at the salon for the appointments. Also, that there are no refunds for products or services rendered. About 3 weeks later, I decided that I no longer wanted the prepaid services, and requested a charge back to my cherry account for the cancelled services and the balance adjusted to reflect only the service that was rendered. ****** does process reversals, but the business has to initiate it. Over the course of a few weeks I reached out via ****** messenger, my request was denied by whomever answered the message but they would ask ********. I never heard back. Then other mediums related to the business, no response. Filed a dispute with ****** who said owner denied the request. Texted the owner who said no one that works at glam queen ever denied my "refund" glam queen had "NEVER" denied a cl refund request, then finally that she would reverse the charges on May 18, but was busy. Charges have not been reversed, I requested an update via text and it has gone unanswered. Documentation can be provided on request. I just want the charges for the cancelled prepaid services reversed on my Cherry account. Thank you

      We have a strict no-refund policy. You have been informed of this. You have been ok with this. Whenever youre ready to book the rest of your appointments we will gladly service you. You prepaid the services because the third party that lend you the money to pay makes you use it or lose it basically. I can not refund you because you did not pay me, ****** paid me. I hope you can stop with this issue already. You said you were satisfied with the services and had a great experience. I am not sure what the problem is now.
