    Asked for a complete timing belt repair kit(Belt, water pump, tension, etc) I got a quote for $500 and accepted the repair. Got called the next day saying I needed a water pump, well I said I needed one when we agreed on 500, total came to 700 instead. NOT ONLY THAT, my timing belt cover was cracked, half the bolts were either loose or missing and the gasket wasn't replaced. Some bolts were also in the wrong place. My serpentine belt was also loose. Now I have to buy another $100 in parts just to fix the dam car myself. UPDATE: Power steering went out because the tensioner wasn't even finger-tight, I'm surprised my car made it home honestly. You would have better luck just doing it yourself, buy a Haynes manual or just use Google to do it yourself because I can guarantee that you will still do it better than these idiots ever could. Also after only 10k miles, the brand new water pump failed.
