My truck was struck by lightning 8-19-22 while vacationing in ******** (I live in **) Dealer said earliest they could get it in was 9-15-22. They put me on a cancellation list and they actually were able to do some diagnosing before 1st appointment date and have a part ordered HOWEVER Part came in on 9-13-22 and my truck sat for 8 calendar days (it had an appointment for 9-15-22)Ffwd to October Only one part had been changed up until now and more diagnosing took place Another part was ordered again and also was held off 8 days before installing Fast forward one more month and another part that was ordered on the 17th of October came in on November 1st only to be once again held out 8 days before installing This dealership cost me thousands in lost time, wages, fuel for 2 separate trips to ******** from **(I was towing a trailer that was stranded since I didnt have my truck after the lightning strike. I was 700 miles from the dealer so there was no worries about the guy 3 states away Also you would think a test drive for a lightning stuck vehicle would be longer than your average test drive. such high voltage going through it should be driven/tested further than 5 miles! when someone has to drive 11 hours home. No concerns given Would never return calls even when I would call other departments to try to get ahold of the person I needed to speak with. I had to get insurance and FCA/Stellantis involved. Also forgot to mention they called me on 11-11-22 and said truck was done, come get it. I booked a flight and then 1 hr later I get a call from dealer truck isnt done now and I had to then cancel a flight and a ***** who was to pick me up changed his schedule for that. Labor rate/charges show a total of 24hrs labor. 3 measly working days for my truck being stuck 700 miles away for 3 **** months! Even have txt excuses of why my truck wasnt being worked on all while that truck had a holding appointment for over a month keep away from these guys
